I don't have much experience using Macs, so I'm looking forward to learning more about how to use them. I've always used a PC, so the Mac setup seems backwards to me. Thus, in addition to becoming more versed in Mac usage, my goals for this class are as follows:
-learn more about how I can use various web based programs in my future classroom
-become better at using google docs
-learn how to use i-movie
-find ways to incorporate technology for curriculum content areas
-discover ways in which technology can be used to enhance ESL classroom environment
I'm a PC user as well! I don't have any experience using Macs at all. I've always shyed away from them in the library and went straight for the Dells because that feels more like home. I'm sure you will get the hang of them by time this course ends and best wishes to you!
